Hebraic Roman Cuisine
This restaurant is a model of the Hebraic-roman
cuisine tradition. The codfish fillet is sublime, perhaps
the best in Rome, as are the anchovies and artichokes alla giudia.
The home-made desserts are mouth-watering. Good wine list.
Simple restaurant where it is possible to taste the best of Hebraic-roman
cuisine, brought to you by Rosa. The meat and fish cous
cous, vegetable soup, and the beans and meat in a red sauce are
all definitely worth trying. The desserts, made by Rosa herself,
are excellent. Booking is advisable for groups.
